In the house you will find 2 connected apartments, each completely independent and comfortably furnished. Both apartments have their own toilet, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. That makes it suitable for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). Groups with only young travelers are not allowed. The villa has a large terrace with luxurious garden furniture for the whole family, on which you can relax peacefully. Here you can organize a cozy barbecue in the evening for your entire group for the ultimate holiday feeling. Do you fancy a little more activity? Then cast a fishing rod into the adjacent pond. Less than 50 meters from your terrace, you can catch a whole day of fishing for a small fee, while enjoying the absolute tranquility that surrounds this house.
The location less than 45 minutes from Prague offers first of all an excellent opportunity for one or more trips to this beautiful old town. From your holiday home it is only a 400 meter walk to the bus stop with a direct connection to the city. Would you rather stay closer to home? How about a visit to a UNESCO monument, the Saint Barbara Church in Kutna Hora? In this city you can also relax on one of the terraces that the city has to offer.
