Description
Villa Benka is a true Istrian villa with pool, large garden and fruit trees. The combination of the old and traditional mix with the new design makes it all very special. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen and the central area of the ground floor, living room on one side and on the other side of the kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, small bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is large with a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath, with the exit to the terrace / garden. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The living room / kitchen has a large terrace with outdoor kitchen and a large table for al fresco lunches or dinners. The house has a room with sauna and shower, if you come in the colder days, and more space for playing and socializing, which has a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs and billiards, football. In a separate room on the side there is a washing machine, tools. A large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers in the garden, a little aside to be able to freely swim and enjoy yourself.
