THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA KOKO
From the living room you can walk straight onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view at the cosy outdoor table with 4 luxury garden chairs, all provided with lovely cushions. The attractive landscaped garden with its various seats with parasols and 4-loungers with soft cushions, give you that wonderful holiday feeling. Especially when you take a splash in the private swimming pool or cool off under the outdoor shower after a wonderful day of golf or a day at the beach. A barbecue with a covered 4-person dining table is, of course, also part of this lovely holiday home. The very friendly house owner lives below the villa in a flat (without sight contact) and respects your privacy at all times. The grounds of Villa Koko can be closed off with a gate and by means of a number of steps you enter the terrace, swimming pool and then the villa. There is sufficient parking space for 2 cars.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA KOKO
The large living room has many windows and a large sliding door so you can enjoy the great view from the two lovely lazy chairs or two sofas. This can of course be done while enjoying a snack and a drink at the atmospheric gas fire, TV with all international channels, stereo and DVD player. The dining table for 4 persons is separate in the living room. The atmospheric and spacious kitchen, which can be closed off, is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, deep fryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and toaster. There are two spacious bedrooms both with two single beds. The master bedroom has a fan as an extra, the villa is very well insulated and therefore there is no air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a bath, a large walk-in shower, a washbasin with two sinks and a toilet. And the second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The villa is on the ground floor.
THE SURROUNDINGS OF VILLA KOKO
Villa Koko is situated in the lovely Spanish town of Pedreguer and less than 2 km from the supermarket and the cosy bars/restaurants. Golf lovers can walk to the 27-hole golf course of la Sella (500 metres). This golf course has an unforgettable view and you can tee off between the many olive trees. The long sandy beach of Denia is 7 km from your holiday home and has a very pleasant boulevard with many terraces, nice shops and restaurants. The seaside resorts Javea and Moraira are a fifteen minute drive from villa Koko.
