Spacious villa in a wooded area in Western Bohemia. This beautiful former forester's house in Pasecnice can accommodate 10 people. If you like an environment where you can enjoy the peace and quiet but where there is also plenty to do, this is your holiday villa! The house has a unique location that borders the Bohemian and Bavarian Forest. The mostly untouched nature offers a great chance of encounters with deer, wild boars, martens, foxes and other animals. You can regularly spot deer from the house.
The attractive house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The clothes can optionally be washed in the washing machine. The terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture and the outdoor barbecue can be turned on for a lovely evening with the family!
The property is located in the forest 1 kilometer from the village of Pasecnice. The village has 190 inhabitants and there is a small convenience store. You can take beautiful walking and cycling routes from your home. Swimming lake Babylon is 3 km away and 12 km away you will find the quiet swimming lake Lomocek. There are also cozy restaurants here! Fancy a day out? Within an hour you are in the city of Pilsen, a city with atmospheric squares, green parks, historic buildings and the famous Urquell brewery. Prefer to hit a ball? At 10 km from the house, just across the German border, there is a beautiful 18-hole golf course in the nature reserve of the place Furth im Wald.

Das Haus sieht von außen urig aus, bietet innen aber eine moderne Ausstattung. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir sehr viel Platz, wir haben gar nicht alle Zimmer genutzt. Mit zwei Bädern und einer zusätzlichen Toilette gibt es keine Probleme. Die Terrasse issee more
Das Haus sieht von außen urig aus, bietet innen aber eine moderne Ausstattung. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir sehr viel Platz, wir haben gar nicht alle Zimmer genutzt. Mit zwei Bädern und einer zusätzlichen Toilette gibt es keine Probleme. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und der Grill wurde von uns gut genutzt. Die beiden Pools haben wir gar nicht genutzt, Der Naturpool sieht aber einladend aus. Die Verwalterin wohnt vor Ort und ist sehr freundlich. Die Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende verlief ohne Probleme. Wer Ruhe und Natur in der Umgebung haben will, ist hier genau richtig.
