This is a spacious three-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 10 people. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a cot for the little ones, so they can also sleep well. Nobody likes waiting for each other to go to the bathroom. That is why it has been ensured that there are enough showers and baths for everyone. After a long day of exploring, sometimes you need something extra to unwind. That's where wellness comes into play. The sauna and jacuzzi are the perfect places to relax and end the day. The costs for the jacuzzi are included in the price, but preheating on arrival is not. If you want to use the jacuzzi upon arrival, this must be reported at least 2 days before arrival. The costs for this are 20 euros once. The rest of the holiday can be used free of charge in the jacuzzi and sauna. While others enjoy wellness, you can cook. The kitchen has a modern look and is fully equipped. You can cook anything you want here! Kitchenware, refrigerator, oven and microwave provide endless possibilities for preparing meals. You can top everything and let your culinary creativity run wild. Don't worry about dirty dishes at the end of the day. Relax and enjoy the evening and let the dishwasher do its job. Starting the next day with a cup of tea is also possible. Outside there is a beautiful garden where pets can run around and children can play. Pets and children can safely explore this garden and they always seem to have a good time. The swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off during hot summer days. You can take a refreshing swim to escape the heat, or simply relax by the water's edge. Either way, the pool is a great place to beat the heat! While the kids enjoy a swim in the pool, parents can fire up the barbecue and relax with a cold drink. With the delicious smell of the barbecue wafting through the air, everyone will be happy and satisfied at the end of the day.

There is plenty to do in the area in summer and winter. In winter, the ski areas are very popular. The ski resort of Knezicky is a suitable place 3 km away. Would you rather go a little further away? Two areas can be found within a 10 km radius: Bubakov – Herlikovice ski resort and Aldrov/Vitkovice ski resort.
In the summer there are various activities to do. From a lookout 3 km away to a cave viewing 30 km away. For active people, there are opportunities in Janske Lazne for archery, rafting, cycling, hiking or climbing in a rope park. Nature lovers will also find their place here. The holiday home is located in the middle of the Giant Mountains. The Giant Mountains offer the opportunity to visit the highest mountain, the Snezka, take walks through nature or view the caves of the Dolomites.
