Villa Clem is a fantastic luxury villa with private pool under the Spanish sun. This luxurious modern holiday home has views of the city of Calpe and the mountains. This villa in modern Ibiza-Style is ideal for a successful holiday for the whole family.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA CLEM
The covered terrace on the pool side, which is adjacent to the living room, is equipped with a luxurious lounge set and an 8-person garden table. Here you can sit comfortably sheltered in the morning sun as well as in the evening, and the barbecue ensures that you can cook outside until the late evening hours.
Around the private swimming pool (8 by 4 meters) it is very cooling on the beautiful lawn and you can sunbathe on the luxurious sun loungers at the large terrace. A lovely outdoor shower provides the necessary cooling.
The site is completely fenced and completely closed by means of an automatic entrance gate and offers space for 2 cars. This makes We Love Villas Spain - Villa Clem very suitable for families with children.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA CLEM
This luxurious, modern villa is fully equipped and consists of 2 floors. The living room is luxurious and stylishly furnished by the Dutch homeowners. A lovely sitting area with two 2-person sofas, designer chairs, TV (International channels) and an 8-person dining table.
The open kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped; fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, blender, juicer and toaster. There is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Two of the 4 luxury 2-person bedrooms have a TV, bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and toilet. The third 2-person bedroom has a TV and shares the luxurious bathroom with sink, beautiful walk-in shower and toilet with the fourth 2-person bedroom. This villa is of course equipped with air conditioning.
THE AREA SURROUNDING VILLA CLEM
Villa Clem is located in the beautiful resort of Calpe, on the Costa Blanca. You will find a large supermarket within easy reach and within 1000 meters you are at the great beach and the cozy terraces. The old center, where the Moorish culture still surrounds you, is full of pleasant shops and restaurants. The Peñon de Ifach dominates the local skyline with its huge rock formation.
The Las Salinas Nature Reserve and National Park with its flamingo colonies are great places to visit. The seaside resorts of Moraira, Altea and Javea are less than 20 minutes' drive from this luxury holiday home. A beautiful golf course is only a 15 minute drive away.
