Villa El Mar is a luxury villa with a heated private pool, which is ideal for a great stay under the Spanish sun, which you can see every day from your holiday villa.
Not often do we discover a holiday villa with such an overwhelming panoramic view. During the day you can enjoy the azure blue sea and the imposing rock Peñon de Ifach and in the evening the many twinkling lights.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA EL MAR
The covered terrace at the front, which is adjacent to the living room, is equipped with a spacious 8-person garden table. Here you can sit comfortably sheltered in the morning sun as well as in the late evening and enjoy the fantastic view.
Around the swimming pool (8x4 meters) there are 8 comfortable sunbeds, 2 luxurious large umbrellas with movable base, and an 8-person table with nice designer chairs. The outdoor barbecue ensures that you can cook outside. In the evening, the villa is beautifully romantically illuminated by outdoor lighting and lighting in the pool.
Due to the ideal location of this villa and the very large terrace, you have plenty of sun in the summer and winter months.The ability to heat the pool (€25 per day) makes this a villa suitable for any month of the year. The site is completely closed off by means of an automatic gate and offers space for three cars.

We Love Villas Spain - Villa El Mar is a beautiful, completely renovated, design villa that consists of 2 floors and is perfect for a stay with two families. On the first floor you will find the living room with a spacious seating area for 8 persons, television (including English, German and Dutch channels) and a separate guest toilet.
The adjoining spacious luxury design kitchen has a large dining table for 8 people and is fully equipped; 2 large fridges, freezer, hob with extractor system, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, Airfryer and toaster.
The master bedroom with a double bed (200x180) has sliding doors to the terrace with again that beautiful panoramic view. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 showers next to each other, plenty of cupboard space and a designer washbasin with 2 wash basins and luxurious black design taps. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower and sink.
There is also a washing machine, dryer, separate toilet and large relaxation area with an extra (sleeping) sofa for 2 persons. The villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning is available in all living and sleeping areas. In short, a very complete luxury holiday home to enjoy your holiday in both the summer and winter months.
THE AREA SURROUNDING VILLA EL MAR
Villa El Mar is only 5 minutes by car from the picturesque village of Moraira and the beautiful (pebble beach) Cala Baladrar on the Costa Blanca. Here you will find a cozy restaurant where delicious paella is served. A little further away is Cala Advocat, a small bay with pebbles and fine sand and again with a pleasant place to eat and drink.
Many small bays can be found along the coast, but there are also larger resorts. For example, the pleasant seaside resort of Calpe with the famous salt lake with flamingos is only 6 km away.
