Enjoy this new renovated cozy room which is a part of a beautiful villa that has been build 100 years ago the city center. It is located 2-15 minutes from local attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and much more.
You will have access to a spacious bathroom which includes a beautiful bathtub and a washing machine/tumble dryer set. Additionally, there's a spacious shared kitchen which is fully equipped and has cutlery, cookware and basic cooking supplies.
After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as being DISINFECTED and SANITIZED in order to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.
You are more than welcome to become part of our happy family, and we will make sure to provide you with our best service and hospitality.

Access:
All guests have access to the parking lot which is located behind the building , free of charge. As part of the booking process we will provide you with the code for your room and you can check in at any point after check in time (See more information below).
Space:
The room itself is 14 m2 and is big enough for 1 guests and has a single sized bed. The shared space at the 1st floor includes the kitchen, the living room/dining area and the bathroom for a total of 50 m2.
Baby high chair and cot/crib are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in,duvet and pillows for the baby are not available
There is a modern big screen smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Rocket TV, YouTube, etc. are available if you have an account) with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you have to bring your own device/cable if you want to connect it to the TV.
