Looking for lots of space, a swimming pool and full comfort close to the sea? Poolincluded Villa Marin is located in Sveti Petar na Moru, a quiet coastal village near Zadar. The 600 m² of living space, which extend over 3 floors, offers a perfect accommodation for up to 16 people. During our visit for Poolincluded.com we got a warm welcome by the owner and became very enthusiastic.
This brand new villa consists of 7 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3 spacious living / dining rooms and 2 fully equipped open kitchens. Each of the top floors also has a lovely covered terrace and there is a large private swimming pool in front of the house. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 01/11. The fenced garden has a beautiful veranda with seating, garden furniture, plenty of sun loungers and a useful sun shower. Barbecue facilities and a cozy lounge are also available.
The closest beach, a restaurant and a grocery store are only 100 meters away. The old town of Zadar is only 20 minutes away by car. On a walk through the narrow streets of the old town you will find the Roman Forum, churches from the Roman and Middle Ages as well as a few restaurants. The national parks Krka, Paklenica and Kornati are all within 60 km and make this accommodation an ideal base for exploring the Northern Dalmatia region.
For groups, there is a minimum age of 25 years.

Un séjour parfait!!! Nous avons apprécié l'accueil reçu et nous remercions Marin. La maison est soignée, très bien agencée, propre, lumineuse, ne manque de rien et très calme. Tout est fait pour se sentir "comme chez soi" avec en bonus une vue magnifique sur la mer et la plage à quelques pas. La piscine nous a permis de bien nous détendre. Les enfants ont été super contents de nos vacances.
