I really loved everything about service since the day I have booked my holiday, both Daniel and Gerhard were very helpful and extremely prompt with replies to any questions. The chalet we have booked was Lodge 360• - the most amazing place we all cousee more
I really loved everything about service since the day I have booked my holiday, both Daniel and Gerhard were very helpful and extremely prompt with replies to any questions. The chalet we have booked was Lodge 360• - the most amazing place we all could of imagined! Breathtaking viewes, everything was clean and new, fully equipped kitchen, amazing hot tub (I have never seen such a big one), sauna, smart tv -all you want after long day of skiing! Big plus chalet is next to ski slope so it’s literally ski in/ ski out location. All of us were so impressed and happy we had a chance to stay there and visit Austrian region of SCHLADMING-DACHSTEIN. It must be beautiful there during summer too! Definitely recommend to everyone and hopefully one day I will have a chance to return there. Thank you for making my holiday so enjoyable!!!

Noch dazu erwarte ich bei einer solchen Unterkunft nicht zu einer 20 Minuten entfernten Rezeption fahren zu müssen. Gerade, wenn ein online Check in angeboten wird. Das habe ich schon deutlich besser erlebt.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte erweitert und teilweise auch erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist für ein 10-Personenhaus absolut unzureichend. Der Schlüsselkasten vor dem Eingang ist schwer zu bedienen.
