Selected by Poolincluded.com: a modern holiday home with a private garden and terrace with Jacuzzi in a peaceful natural environment, you found it! And on top: you share a pool with the other guests of the in total 6 villas. Great location too: in about 15 min you can access fantastic wild beaches, usually visited by not a lot of people. Shopping can be done in Buje, about 4 km or in Umag, located about 8 km from your villa.
Your lovely semi-detached holiday house has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious terrace, equipped with a jacuzzi, where you can enjoy your meals and have a drink in the shadow that our big trees offer. Also, the private fenced garden offers you a stress free vacation since you do not have to worry if you have small kids and/or dogs. This modernly equipped house features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional toilet and can accommodate a group of max 7 persons. It is a perfect choice for families or friends and couples who like to spend a great vacation together.
There is also a big, shared park with a shared swimming pool in a typical Mediterranean style with olive trees, lavender, oleanders and rosemary, where you can play table tennis, play pool, have your children play on the swings while you enjoy a glass of wine on a wide sitting area with a fire pit. There are also 2 fireplaces where you can prepare grilled food and an covered outdoor kitchen with 2 sinks with running water. For those who like it: a small Saunahut is free of use.
If you are an early bird you will definitely see deer and rabbits eating grass while you are drinking the morning coffee or tea. Istria is a great place to relax and unwind, with its old and small towns, beautiful landscapes and various events during the summer time. For wine lovers and gourmets there are many specialties, Istria is known worldwide for its excellent olive oil. Your villa is also a great starting point for activities. The beach is accessible by car in 10 min, many other beaches are within distance of 10-15 minutes. If you want to enjoy the nature, peace and quietness, these beaches are the place for you! With bicycle you can reach wild beaches and bays easily...

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir eine Woche in Istrien, Villas Spirit verbracht. Jede Famlie seine eigene Villa, neben einander. Die Kinder haben sich gefreuht, wir sogar noch besser! Die Villa sind gemütlich und total nett, die Garten hat eine super see more

Die Villa sind gemütlich und total nett, die Garten hat eine super Athmosphere. Viel gesehen in der Gegend, gutes Essen und viel Sonne. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
