The villa is located on the Sonnenberg, 300 meters above the city and the lake.
Terrace and balcony open directly to the south, so that you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Delight in the view of the lake, the surrounding alpine pastures, the Tauern and Kitzsteinhorn.
The modern kitchen invites you to cook for yourself and offers a breakfast bar for early risers.
In the alpine Zirbenstube in the sun-filled bay window, there is space for 8 people to comfortably sit together on the traditional corner bench.
Relax after your day’s activities in a spacious living room with a TV and surround system.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring double beds. Three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own TV sets and free internet connection.
Two vehicles can park in the spacious garage.

Winterurlaub im wunderschönen Chalet

Wir haben uns in dem Chalet sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt,
es war alles wie beschrieben und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es waren wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus und auf den Bergen, wir hatten Glück und auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Wir haben uns in dem Chalet sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt,
es war alles wie beschrieben und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es waren wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus und auf den Bergen, wir hatten Glück und auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Der Hausmeister vor Ort war sehr nett und war bei Neuschnee auch sofort zum Schieben dort, so dass wir auch mit den Autos raus kamen. Einfach alles toll! |

Bei solch einer Unterkunft wäre eine Ausstattung an nicht verderblichen Lebensmitteln wie z.B. Salz und Zucker sowie Gewürzen. Inwieweit dies in der heutigen Zeit möglich ist, entzieht sich aber meiner Kenntnis.
