Die Raumtemperatur sollte direkt an den Heizkörpern durch die Gäste einstellbar sein.
Die zentrale Steuerung über die Rezeption oder den Hausmeister liefert keine zufriedenstellenen Ergebnisse. In Folge waren die Raumtemperaturen viel zu hoch.
