The property is located in a beautiful rural area at the foot of the skiing-slopes and 500 meters away from the towncentre where different restaurants and shops can be found.
The fully-equiped open plan kitchen offers all the hobby chefs might need.
The resort has a 700m2 Wellness area with indoor swimmingpool, different panorama Sauna's, relax-area, rooftop gardenterrace and more.

Location at the foot of the Hochalm bahnen makes it easy to get into the mountains. Nothing could be better, the apartments of Carpe Diem are an absolute must for every winter sports enthusiast. We will definitely come back.

Sehr schöne moderne ansprechende Ausstattung, alles neu, Bett sehr bequem, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Holzböden, viel Platz. Schönes Indoor-Pool und Saunen. Restaurant auch zu empfehlen. Garage inklusive.

Leider nur 2 Waschmaschinen, die ständig besetzt waren (wir brauchten 3 Tage bis wir eine freie fanden). Im Appartement keine Möglichkeit Müll zu trennen. Hier wären ein extra Mistkübel für Plastik und Papier hilfreich. Müllraum war sehr angeräumt unsee more
Leider nur 2 Waschmaschinen, die ständig besetzt waren (wir brauchten 3 Tage bis wir eine freie fanden). Im Appartement keine Möglichkeit Müll zu trennen. Wenigstens könnten diese einzeln angeboten werden (z.B. Badetuch für die Sauna). Ein Outdoor-Pool wäre noch super!
Als wir ankamen war das Backrohr noch vom Vorgänger verschmutzt, wir haben es aber nicht gebraucht. |

- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 18:00 every day

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Tourist tax not included.
- Parking space on request.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
