Only 300 m from the sea and the beach! This charming first floor apartment is situated in the small coastal village of Jasenice-Maslenica. Located in a quiet area, it offers a peaceful vacation with lots of privacy. The nearest local beach is only 300 meters away. Chosen for it's great location and neatly maintained condition.
This newly renovated, first floor apartment Lena offers a superb comfort for a maximum of 6 persons. It provides a spacious and bright living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dish washer, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Both living rooms and 1 of the bedrooms have access to the lovely spacious balcony, well equipped with outdoor furniture. Full airconditioned off course. There is a grill you can use in the shared garden as well as a private parking spot.
Within a distance of 500 meters you will find a grocery store, various beaches , cafes and a restaurant. Also, rent a boat service is located nearby.
Zadar with its amazing old town is only 28 km away. The entrance to the most important climbing centre in Croatia, National Park Paklenica is 12 km away. Proximity to Velebit with its parks, caves, paths and bike routes makes this area attractive for those who search for an active vacation. National Park Krka Waterfalls is an hour away by car and if you want to visit NP Plitvice Lakes, it will take you an hour and a half. Also, boat excursions to the NP Kornati Islands are organized on daily basis, departing from Zadar.
