The elegant living area includes a terrace with 14m2 which is perfect for enjoying the sun here in Mariapfarr or enjoy the snow that might be falling. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: safe, hair dryer, central heating, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: German). Also, this apartment comes with one parking spot in the garage.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. The property is located directly in the centre of Mariapfarr and everything you need is within a few meters reachable. The nearest ski resort is 6 km away and is called Fanningberg also within minutes you can reach the ski area Grosseck-Speiereck and Obertauern is also only 25 minutes away.
