This apartment offers peace of mind to those who want it - 3 bedrooms provide complete privacy within a recently renovated villa that includes private parking spaces outside your door! You'll be able enjoy 20m2 terrace space as well as access any time from BBQs & fireplaces among other amenities like skis storage room available free-of charge should you need them. The children will love their own separate play area including slide flattop sand pit sports equipments while parents can relax knowing they're only footsteps away if anything else comes up during stay.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 3 separate, barrier-free rooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The third room has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with a smart TV, two double beds and a single bed.

For these rooms, with a total of 12 beds, there is a common, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, games room, and smart TV with German-language satellite channels. Wi-Fi is free. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a play corner for the children. The fact that the little guests are thought of is apparent from the presence of baby cots, high chairs, baths and potties. They can also use the play corner, which contains toys.

In winter it is nice to stay in this third largest ski area in the Czech Republic. This is reflected in the wide range of ski slopes (also in the area) with ski rental, restaurants, shops, really what you expect in a ski resort. The villa is only a 19-minute walk from the ski jumps of Harrachov. The chair lift to Čertova Hora is 1200 m away, the children's lift is 500 m away. De kabelbaan is bereikbaar met de ski bus, die ongeveer 100 m van de villa stopt. And in the garden there are bobsleighs and other play equipment for the children.

The Giant Mountains are also a popular area to spend your holiday in summer. Not only the beautiful nature is attractive for walking or cycling, but also visiting the beautiful towns and villages that are full of activity and conviviality. Restaurants, golf courses, paragliding, museums and aqua parks make the holiday unforgettable. 100 meters from the villa is a sports field with a volleyball court and tennis courts that can be rented.
The villa borders the forest, which is perfect for mushrooming in the fall.
