Die Wohnanlage ist top gepflegt mit Pool und Tiefgarage. Das Appartment war für uns 4 perfekt (2 Schlafzimmer) ! Der große Balkon war ein Traum mit Blick auf den Pool (den unsere Kinder zum größten Teil für sich alleine hatten) und in die Ferne (unverbauter Blick!!) . Die Lage war top, man war schnell am Strand oder beim nächsten Supermarkt oder in der Stadt. Es war nie laut dort, so dass man den Abend auf dem Balkon geniessen konnte ! Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert. Einfach ca. 20 Minuten bevor man dort ankommt den Vermieter anrufen! Man kommt vorher nicht auf das Grundstück, da es umzäunt ist mit einem verschlossenen Tor !
