Dive into this newly renovated 60m2 bright and cozy place, which is a 15-minute walk away from the heart of the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated with brand new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
As our ambition is to give you the best experience, the apartment has a big smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite channels such as Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc.*, as well as easy access to fiber optic Internet for free 200/50Mbit
After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as DISINFECTED and SANITIZED to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.

Access:
At the street around the building, you are staying in, there is 1 hour parking for free. On the opposite side of the building, there is a small parking lot with room for around 30 cars. In this parking lot there are 2-hours of free parking between 08.00 - 18.00 and after 18.00 until 8.00 the next morning.
Behind the block there is a common area with several benches and tables where you can relax and get some fresh air.
As part of the booking process, we will provide you with the code for the apartment and you can check-in at any point after check-in time (See more information below).
Space:
The apartment is very bright and cozy, available for 4 guests. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with essentials such as towels and shampoo. There is a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and a small coffee/laptop table.
Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in, duvet and pillows for babies are not available.
We provide everything to make you feel at home.
